SHHCG’s predecessor is the Shanghai HuaCheng Project Management Co., Ltd who was founded in 1996.
SHHCG owns four subsidiaries that relate to design, construction cost consulting, supervision and the engineering information management etc, as well as two associated enterprises includes the special construction and the engineering survey.

SHHCG owns Grade A license of Housing Construction Design, Housing Construction supervision, municipal public works supervision, construction project bidding agent, engineering cost consulting and engineering Survey, Grade B license of engineering consulting, engineering exploration, water conservancy and hydropower engineering supervision, water conservancy project construction supervision, equipment installation supervision and civil air defense engineering supervision etc. from China Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development (MOHURD).

Professional Team

There are more than 800 industry elites gathered together in SHHCG who are Supervision Engineers, Construction Consulting Engineer, Equipment Supervision Engineers, Structural engineer, Geotechnical Engineers, Building engineers etc. which registered in China Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development and Ministry of transportation. And above 80% of them are college degree, high or intermediate technical personnel more than 70%, which covered almost all kinds of profession.

Service and idea

SHHCG passed the “Three Standard Comes One” certificate, the three standard including ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001: Environmental Management System Certification and GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. This builds a set of agent construction project, project management, construction supervision, cost consulting services as one of the security system.
